As you may already know one of the best tropical fruits in Vietnam is coconut and Mekong Delta is well known as the natural mother land bringing the freshness and high quality of coconut and we, True Fruits, carry the mission those coconuts and their flavor to all over the world.
The beginning of the process is dealing with the raw material. To ensure and adapt to international markets’ standards and requirements. We have our own GRASP + GLOBAL GAP Certificate. After harvesting the coconuts, we will check, and sort out which ones are qualified enough to proceed with.
And now is our coconut procedure.
Beginning with cutting and making shape of coconut, you may wonder why we cut and shape our coconuts by hand instead of using machine? The reason is actually very simple. We just want to make sure that the coconuts have the best shape, and their sizes are as accurate as possible. The special innovation of our coconut is carving the circle on the coconut where customers would recognize to insert straw in more conveniently. Dry out, stick stamp, pack into carton. And then they would be moved to the cooling storage room. The final products will be loaded into containers and transferred to customers.
And besides the young coconut, we have this very impressive coconut and that is brown coconut, or you may call it mature coconut. This coconut is not only used for cooking but also used for drinking with flesh ~ 400grams up and coconut water ~ 300 ml/piece.
And to be eco-friendly with the environment, True Fruits does our best to create all packaging with paper and bamboo straws. We hope that the new item will bring new flavors to global customers. And now, our customers network distribution has been spread out including Asia, Europe, Oceania.
